changes the main menu art: hooray!!

also provides an ending for getting too sunburned out on the street, including sfx. unsure of if i want to add ending title cards or not, so thats on the backburner. also decided to add color to the bgs with people or living things in them, to make them more visually interesting. still need to make cleaner bgs for like, the graveyard or library and whatnot... but more characters have things to say and such.
